With over thirteen years of experience in the legal industry, I founded CCB Legal Drafting & Consulting Group | BriefAssist to provide law firms and solo practitioners with exceptional legal research and writing services on a contract basis. My goal is simple: to help attorneys streamline their workflow, strengthen their advocacy, and maximize their time and resources.
As a licensed California attorney with an extensive background in civil litigation, I have handled a broad range of matters, including business, construction, real estate, healthcare, insurance, and employment. My legal career began long before I graduated from UCLA School of Law, where I served as an Articles Editor for the UCLA Law Review. Over the years, my work has spanned large and small law firms, non-profit organizations, a government agency, a civil judge’s chambers, and a publicly traded company — each experience exposing me to diverse practice areas and sharpening my ability to craft compelling arguments, analyze complex issues, and develop effective strategies.
When I write, I live by the mantra “Win on the papers.” I believe the most persuasive advocacy begins long before oral argument — when the written word convinces the judge that your client should prevail.
